100th anniversary of basketball in Lithuania
This coin depicts the map of Lithuania stylized as a basketball court, showing the importance of basketball in this country, a sport that has been played for over 100 years. The name of the country “LIETUVA” is inscribed on the upper part of the coin. The years “1922 – 2022” are inscribed on the lower part of the coin. The mark of the minting workshop is inscribed on the right part of the piece, between the vintages and the name of the country.
